I have focused my practice in arbitration for over a decade. I put all my effort and mind to every case that I handle. No matter the amount in dispute, I manage my cases as if they worth millions of dollars. My mind is set to obtain the outcome that the client pursues. Several of the cases that I had worked on have been successfully settled, as the instruction or best-case scenario of the client was settlement. I consider mysefl to be a lawyer that listens to the clients to fully understand their needs and goals. In other words, I try to focus on the persons and on obtaining a favourable result that will be tailored made to my client.
To contribute to the younger generations has been always a priority to me, that is why I co-founded the Mexico Very Young Arbitration Practitioners with the mission of helping younger generations to understand the arbitration community and the arbitration field and to bring them into play.
As a true believer of arbitration, I am currently a representative of Mexico at ALARB Siguiente Generación, board member of the Mexican Bar’s Arbitration Committee and member of the Anticorruption Task Force of the ICC Arbitration Commission.
