I am a partner with the firm Teynier Pic in Pari, where I specialise in international arbitration, on both the commercial and investment sides.

Before joining Teynier Pic, I practised in leading international law firms including Baker Botts (London) and Skadden (London and Paris).

I have a mixed civil/common law background, and hold law degrees from McGill University and the London School of Economics.

Over the past 15 years, I gained extensive experience acting as counsel in complex commercial cross-border litigations and arbitrations, public international law disputes and investor-state arbitrations. I acted as counsel to both States and private parties in both commercial and investment arbitration proceedings relating to the fields of energy (including oil and gas), telecommunications, construction, mining and the pharmaceutical industry. I also sits as arbitrator. I am admitted to practice in Québec (2008), London (2009) and Paris (2016).

I am recognised by WWL as a Leader in the Arbitration category - one client testified: "Sara is brilliant, thorough and hard working" "She always puts the client
first, is easy to work with and stands up for what she thinks is right for the case".
