I am an International Arbitration lawyer and specialize in international construction disputes. I am familiar with power plant projects, refinery projects, high rise buildings, convention centres and infrastructure projects.
I acted as counsel in arbitration cases under the auspices of the ICC, SIAC, KCAB and JCAA. I enjoy doing oral advocacy - I have cross-examined fact witnesses, technical experts, quantum experts, and legal experts.
I regularly write and teach on construction law and comparative law.
My King's College London MSc dissertation “The meaning and scope of ‘consequential loss’ exclusion clauses - A comparative law analysis between English law and Korean law” was awarded with a distinction grade. In July 2019, I was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.
