Flavia is currently a Professor at UNESP, in the Executive Committee of the Rising Arbitrator Initiative and a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, active in the task force “ADR and Arbitration” (2020-present).

Flavia was secretary to the ICC Brazil Arbitration and Mediation Commission (2019-2020), ICC YAF Representative for Latin America (2017-2019) and the Editor in-chief of the Brazilian Arbitration Review (RBA, 2018-2020, and editor since 2012).

Partner at Flavia Mange Dispute Resolution. Has experience in arbitral proceedings administered by Brazilian and international arbitral institutions, as well as ad hoc arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. She is constantly appointed as arbitrator (prior experience as President, Co-Arbitrator and Sole Arbitrator) in arbitrations under the ICC, HKIAC, CAM-CCBC, CMA-CIESP/FIESP, FGV, AMCHAM and CAMARB Arbitration Rules, in addition to ad hoc UNCITRAL arbitrations, in English and Portuguese.

Before founding Mange & Gabbay in 2014 (now Flavia Mange Dispute Resolution), she worked in well-known law firms in São Paulo, acted as arbitral secretary to a well known Brazilian Arbitrator, was Latin America litigation manager at Hewlett-Packard, and trainee in the international arbitration group at Shearman & Sterling and Freshfields Bruckhaus in Paris.
