I am an arbitrator, adjudicator and barrister at Bankside Chambers (Auckland and Singapore (Maxwell Chambers Suites)).
I am New Zealand's member on the ICC International Court of Arbitration (2021-2024).
I am experienced in arbitrations under the ICC, SIAC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, and LCIA Rules. Examples of recent cases as arbitrator include:
• ICC arbitration(Singapore seat) concerning the construction of a natural gas pipeline and import facility .
• SIAC arbitration (Singapore seat) concerning a dispute under a charterparty.
• Ad hoc international arbitration (Auckland seat) concerning the construction of an international marina facility in Fiji .
I regularly sits as an adjudicator in construction disputes under New Zealand’s Construction Contracts Act 2003.
Prior to becoming an arbitrator, I spent a number of years working as tribunal secretary with Sir David Williams KNZM, QC.
I am a Panel/List Member of HKIAC; SIAC; eBRAM; SHAC; ACICA; AMINZ; New Zealand International Arbitration Centre. I am admitted in New Zealand and England & Wales.
