Ana is originally from Spain, but has been working and living in the Netherlands since 2013. Ana is a dual qualified lawyer (Spain and New York) who is also registered as a European lawyer with the Dutch Bar Assocaiton. Ana has experencie with both common and civil law and has worked in primary international law firms in Madrid and Amsterdam. Ana also worked as legal adviser to Judge Kronke in the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal.
Ana's counsel work includes representing individuals, companies, States and State-owned entities in international arbitrations across a range of sectors, including the energy, infrastructure, insurance, gas, etc. industries in different regions of the world. Ana has experience in international commercial and investment arbitrations under the auspices of the CAM, ICC, ICSID, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules.
