I am an advocate and Managing Associate at WKB Lawyers, located in Warsaw. I also hold a Ph.D. degree in law. Recognized in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking for Dispute Resolution. I've also been honored as a laureate in the 'Rising Stars - Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow' competition by Wolters Kluwer Polska.
My practice primarily involves representing clients in commercial disputes across various courts, including the Polish Supreme Court, alongside handling investment, commercial, and sports arbitrations. My expertise lies in disputes with international implications, corporate disputes, issues related to the execution of investment agreements and projects, and post-M&A disputes.
Furthermore, I am a recommended arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and at the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration.
