Fernando has advised many clients in various corporate matters and has represented them in commercial and investment arbitrations. He has designed and advised clients in their investments and divestments in Venezuela and other countries. His advice has earned the trust of his clients and he is sought after for his broad and deep analysis of corporate matters and the solutions he proposes in the matters that clients present to him.
Fernando has also been appointed as arbitrator in different Venezuelan arbitration proceedings, as he is part of the list of arbitrators of the main Venezuelan arbitration centers.

Fernando has actively participated as a speaker in discussions and forums on arbitration at Universities, Chambers of Commerce and other organizations in Venezuela; and he is the author of several articles and essays in specialized publications on arbitration and corporate matters.
