I am a senior associate at Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, specialized in both commercial and investment disputes.

I advise companies, State-owned entities and States in international arbitrations under all major international arbitration rules, including the Rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and CRCICA, particularly in disputes related to oil & gas, renewable energies and infrastructure.

I also have experience in setting aside and enforcement proceedings.

Before joining Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, I was a senior associate at Shearman & Sterling (Paris and Frankfurt) and an associate at Guyer & Regules (Montevideo).
