I am Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell, based in New York. I specialize in international arbitration and complex cross-border disputes in a variety of sectors, with a focus on Latin America-related matters, in both Spanish and English. Before my current position, I worked at White & Case's arbitration practice in Mexico City and New York, and at Coronel y Pérez, a full-service boutique firm in Quito and Guayaquil.
Prior to my career in arbitration, I obtained a doctorate in legal philosophy with first class marks from the University of Navarra, and graduated top of the class with degrees in law from New York University (LL.M.) and the University of Navarra (Licenciado en Derecho).
