My practice focuses on foreign investment and international arbitration particularly on disputes involving natural resources and construction. I have expertise in international arbitration cases conducted in English and Spanish, in disputes involving States and state entities in Latin America. I have participated in the negotiation of international investment transactions and development projects in Ecuador. In addition, I have been appointed as a secretary to arbitral tribunals at the Quito Chamber of Commerce in 50 commercial arbitration cases. I am currently serving as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) YAF Representative for Latin America.
