Toni Nogolica is a Croatian lawyer focusing on real estate, construction, and energy law, as well as international arbitration and litigation procedures. Toni advises clients in all aspects of commercial arbitration, and has experience in proceedings under the most common rules, including ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules. He is a member of the ICC Commission for Arbitration and ADR for Croatia. Toni also sits as a tribunal secretary in complex international disputes and is listed as an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (SAS HGK).
He has worked and studied in Spain, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Croatia. He obtained an LL.M. degree in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement at SciencesPo in Paris, France. Prior to that, Toni obtained his Master's degree at the University of Zagreb. He is fluent in Serbo-Croat, English, and French, with a working knowledge of Spanish and basics of Russian and German.
